What is TREKKING ???
“TREKKING” means to walk at one’s place through well-established village trails, there by enjoying close contact with nature, wide diversity of culture, religion and ethnic groups of people in remote mountain villages whose lifestyle has not been changed for generations.September October and November is the best season for trekking not so cold and hot. But December,January and febuary is very much cold and clean snow-capped Mountain (White one). April and May good season for climb the mountain.

Everest trek with itinerary.
Commencing from the airstrip at Lukla the first three days are spent trekking the established trail to Everest Base Camp. We traverse West for a gradual ascent to the beautiful five lakes of Gokyo, where we rest for some side treks including a climb of Gokyo Ri for some fantastic views. From Gokyo we trek over the Chola pass onwards to Gorak Shep on the main trail and Kala Pattar, fantastic views of Mt Everest. A further five days are spent descending to Lukla for our flight to Kathmandu.

Grade: 'C'

Annapurna circuit trek with Itinerary.
Commencing with an overland journey to Beshi Sahar, 130 km West of Kathmandu where we overnight, our trek follows the gorge of Marshyangdi river through lush fields of paddy, innumerable tiny streams, waterfalls and beautiful villages, eventually emerging into high desert country at Manang (3597 m.). The trek gains in height fairly gently reducing the chances of altitude sickness, although we do spend a day acclimatising before crossing the Thorang-La (5416 m.). From a high lodge camp we are up early for our crossing of the Thorang- La (tremendous high mountain feelings) before our decent to Muktinath in the lower Mustang region, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for Buddhist and Hindu people in Nepal.

We continue through the dry, arid landscape to Kagbeni, a fascinating historical fortress town. The trail back follows the Kali Gandaki River to Jomsom (optional fly out here) beneath the shadow of immense Himalayan peaks and through the deepest canyon in the World. We descend to Tatopani before ascending to Ghorepani and Poon hill for some tremendous sunrise views of both the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himal. A further two days are spent trekking through beautiful Rhododendron bamboo and Oak forest before eventually reaching Nayapul for a short drive to the beautiful lakeside town of Pokhara. This trek is considered to be a classic Nepal trek - to experience the vast bio diversity and cultural heritage Nepal is renowned for.
